Responsibilities

• Model exceptional customer service and selling behaviors to elevate the in-store experience.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, promotions, and terminations.
• Monitor and shape store culture to align with values and create a positive team environment.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training in customer service, product knowledge, and operational excellence.
• Manage scheduling, expenses, loss prevention, audits, and reporting.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and inventory control through shipping and receiving procedures.
