Gorjana seeks a dedicated Assistant Store Manager in Troy, NY to drive store performance and coach a dynamic team. You will lead sales initiatives, customer engagement, and operational excellence while upholding brand standards and visual guidelines.

You will recruit, onboard, and develop talent, communicate goals clearly, and foster collaboration. This role requires adaptability, strong time management, and a passion for Gorjana products and the customer experience.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail leadership experience.
• Must be over 18 years old.
• Ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand or walk for 6 hours per shift.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Full-time availability required.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales performance and KPI achievement.
• Coach and develop team members; recruit and onboard talent.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and exemplify brand standards.
• Execute daily store operations, scheduling, and inventory control.
