Job summary

Gorjana is seeking a Store Manager for our San Francisco Fillmore Street location to oversee store performance, talent initiatives, and customer experience. You will lead operations, visuals, and brand standards while driving growth and team development.

You will coach and motivate the team, manage schedules and inventory, and ensure exceptional service. The role requires leadership, adaptability, and a passion for the Gorjana brand.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a retail leadership position.
• Must be over the age of 18.
• Ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store performance and KPIs.
• Serve as brand ambassador with product knowledge and history.
• Build new and repeat business through clienteling.
• Recruit, onboard and develop talent.
• Lead through collaboration and ensure accountability.
