Victoria's Secret in Florida is seeking a Store Manager who will be a values-based leader delivering exceptional customer and associate experiences to drive top-line sales. This role reports to the District Manager and oversees the sales floor leadership.

You will coach and develop the team, manage scheduling and payroll, maintain visual merchandising, inventory control, and uphold brand standards to deliver consistent results.

Qualifications

• The Store Manager has the primary responsibility of driving top-line sales by leading the sales floor, coaching and development of the team, performance management, and selling.
• They own or oversee weekly schedules of leaders and associates and manage labor hours to drive top line sales and profit.
• They ensure operational excellence through visual merchandising, payroll management, inventory control and adherence to brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Leading and demonstrating company values within the store and delivering exceptional customer experiences as the Head Coach through coaching, zoning, team selling and personal selling.
• Conducting associate observations and coaching, and ensuring all roles work for the good of the team and customer.
• Collaborating with Sales Leadership Teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of required actions of the brand.
• Additional duties including floorset mapping, product launch support, onboarding, and shipment processing.
