Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing store team in Phoenix. You will drive top-line sales by coaching the sales floor, managing schedules, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while upholding brand standards.

You will oversee operations, merchandising, payroll, and inventory, and develop leaders within the organization. This role requires flexibility, physical stamina, and the ability to work nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive top-line sales by leading the sales floor and coaching the team.
• Oversee operational excellence through visual merchandising, payroll, and inventory control.
• Coach and develop leaders within the area of responsibility.
• Own or oversee weekly schedules of leaders and associates.
• Manage labor hours to optimize top line sales and profit.
• Maintain brand presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership Teams for brand execution.
• Lead policy adherence and process improvements.
• Handle duties including floor mapping, product launches, onboarding, and shipment processing.
• Lift up to 40 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
