Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales floor and coaching retail teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and demonstrate company values within the store.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences as Head Coach and actively coach staff.
• Coach and observe associates; conduct regular observations and development.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
• Own scheduling and labor management to optimize sales and profit.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to ensure brand execution and communication.
