Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day operation of a Panda Express location. You will hire, coach, and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The program includes 3+ weeks of leadership training, opportunities for advancement into management, and a generous benefits package for full-time associates, including meals and insurance options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store and lead team efforts.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide hands-on leadership training and development for store success.
