Total Wine & More seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Orlando to drive sales, lead a customer-focused team, and manage daily operations. You will be responsible for payroll, inventory, merchandising and shrink, while ensuring excellent service and compliance with alcohol regulations.

The role requires leadership experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced retail environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of work experience; 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role in a retail setting.
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing a sales-focused team.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Mansioni

• Drive sales and deliver against key performance metrics (KPMs).
• Assist in recruiting, training, and leading store team, including ongoing development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Support day-to-day operations, including payroll, inventory, merchandising and shrink.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and resolving customer issues.
• Help maintain vendor relationships to support store and inventory objectives.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe and compliant store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
