Total Wine & More is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Florida to grow the brand through best-in-class service and a distinctive shopping experience. You will support store operations and help build a sales culture that expands the customer base and profitability.

You will lead a store team, drive KPIs, manage payroll and inventory, and ensure compliant, customer-focused operations. A 21+ year old, retail leadership background and flexible schedule are preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent retail management experience.
• Experience leading and developing a sales-focused team.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale and inventory software.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales and deliver against key performance metrics.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and leading store team with development.
• Support operations including payroll, inventory, merchandising and shrink.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues.
• Maintain vendor relationships to support store objectives.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol sale laws and maintain safety.
