Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Tacoma, WA. You will lead storefront operations, drive sales performance, and deliver exceptional customer service while managing staff and store routines.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training, and implementing Lids’ selling strategies, while ensuring inventory accuracy and adherence to visual and service standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised when needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Lead store associates through training programs and goal setting.
• Schedule and staff the store, especially during peaks.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Execute selling strategy to achieve KPIs and customer service goals.
• Maintain store merchandising, VM, and product presentation.
