Job summary

Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Lynnwood, WA. You will act as Manager on duty, guiding scheduling, staffing, and day-to-day operations to deliver exceptional service.

You will lead a team through Lids training programs, drive sales, manage customer experiences, and ensure store standards, merchandising, and inventory controls are maintained. This role emphasizes leadership, reliability, and a strong customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues, customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.
• Manage store associates through LIDS Training Programs and goal setting.
• Administer discipline with verbal and written warnings in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Engage team members to create a fun, productive environment aligned with company objectives.
• Recruit and train store personnel on proper store operations and procedures.
• Encourage compliance with company policies and safeguarding of inventory, funds and property.
• Lead, execute and assist selling strategies to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
• Resolve customer feedback and escalations to make customers happy.
