Job summary

Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Washington state to lead daily store operations, coach a team, and ensure outstanding customer service. You will use the Lids training programs and store policies to drive sales, maintain visual standards, and safeguard inventory.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will schedule staff, handle cash procedures, open/close the store, and assist in recruiting and training teammates.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to drive sales while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling and handling customer issues.
• Lead stores associates through LIDS Training Programs and set goals.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and address escalations to resolve issues.
