Lids Sports Group seeks an Assistant Store Manager to drive sales and customer service excellence. You will lead a team, manage daily operations, and uphold standards across staffing, training, and loss prevention.

As a customer-focused leader, you’ll execute selling strategies, support inventory control, and ensure a welcoming, visually appealing store experience consistent with Lids’ brand.

Qualifications

• Must drive sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty when Store Manager is absent.
• Lead and train store associates, monitor sales, and ensure task completion.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and dress code in daily store operations.
• Maintain store conditions, cash handling, and inventory integrity.
• Support recruiting and onboarding of store personnel and provide performance feedback.
