Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Lead store associates through training programs and performance follow-up.
• Administer disciplinary steps when the Store Manager is absent.
• Maintain team engagement and ensure adherence to brand standards.
• Schedule and staff the store, including peak periods.
• Recruit and train store personnel and enforce policies.
