Job summary

Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Tacoma to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee staff scheduling, training, and compliance with company policies while maintaining a high-energy, fun, and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is absent.
Lead and coach store associates using LIDS training programs and set goals for sales/tasks.
Administer disciplinary steps when the Store Manager is unavailable.
Foster a fun, productive, and inclusive team environment.
Ensure adherence to company policies, inventory security, and cash handling procedures.
Open/close store and prepare for inventory audits; manage shift staffing and coverage.
