Job summary

Lids Sports Group in Tulalip, WA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead store operations and customer service. You will act as Manager on duty, supervise associates, manage scheduling, and help drive sales.

Qualifications

Must have leadership experience in retail and ability to manage store operations.

Responsibilities

Administer discipline with verbal and written warnings.
Engage team to create a fun, productive environment and support company objectives.
Maintain adherence to brand standards and dress code.
Schedule and staff the store, including peak periods.
Recruit and train store personnel.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safeguard inventory.
