Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication with customers and team to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and profitability through customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development.
• Support execution of store strategy with GM/AGM to reach performance goals.
• Coach Leads, Experts and Brand Associates to build a high-performing team.
• Model and reinforce standard operating procedures across the store.
• Represent the brand and stay aware of the retail landscape.
• Promote community involvement and utilize omni-channel for a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
