Old Navy is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the tone for the store and lead a high-performing team. You will drive profitable sales, manage customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development to deliver a best-in-class experience for customers.

You will coach Leads and Brand Associates, collaborate with the GM/AGM, and ensure compliant store operations in a fast-paced environment, including holiday and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and deliver results with a customer-centric mindset.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility and execute action plans.
• Maximize efficiencies and productivity through process improvements.
• Perform Service Leader duties and maintain SOPs.
• Represent the brand and stay aware of the retail landscape.
• Promote community involvement and omni-channel experiences.
• Ensure compliance with standards and policies.
