Job summary

Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will partner with the Store Manager to ensure smooth runs, policy compliance, and adherence to Lids brand standards.

You will mentor and train associates, manage scheduling and staffing, handle cash and loss prevention, and foster a collaborative, inclusive team while achieving KPIs and creating an engaging fan experience on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive sales while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when the Store Manager is absent.
• Lead and train store associates using LIDS training programs and set goals with regular follow-up.
