O'Reilly Auto Parts in Ashland, AL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, and store operations. This role will lead the store team during shifts and cover for the Store Manager when absent.

The ideal candidate will have strong people skills, experience in retail or automotive parts, and may be bilingual; training and certifications are valued as part of your development within the company.

Qualifikationen

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desirable: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Aufgaben

• Lead the store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs.
• Assist the store manager in setting team member goals, coaching and mentoring, and training updates.
• Assist in hiring by recruiting tasks, interviews, candidate evaluation, and collaboration with management.
• Perform opening/closing duties, secure money/deposits, and ensure store safety and security.
