Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training
• Required: Assistant Manager Certification
• Required: RSS Certification
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification
• Desired: ASE Certification
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service
• Supervise customer service levels at the showroom and support programs
• Assist in staffing during peak hours to maintain service levels
• Coach and mentor team members and ensure training completion
• Assist in recruitment and interviewing processes to hire qualified staff
• Ensure calls are answered per policy and timely shipment notifications
• Oversee merchandise invoicing, returns, and transfers in accordance with policy
• Perform store opening/closing duties and secure cash handling procedures
