Job summary
O’Reilly Auto Parts in Sylacauga, AL seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, service, and operations. The role includes leading staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and stepping in during manager absence to maintain store performance.

Qualifications
- Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification
- Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification (desired)
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
Responsibilities
- Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
- Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure team members execute customer service programs.
- Assist the store manager in staffing the sales counter during peak hours and coordinating shift coverage.
- Assist in recruiting tasks, interviewing, and selecting qualified team members.
- Ensure all buy online/ship to store, hub, and store-to-store transfers are processed promptly and customers informed of shipments.
