Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Supervise retail showroom service levels and programs.
• Ensure staffing at the sales counter during peak hours.
• Assist in hiring: recruiting, interviewing, and selection.
• Handle telephone inquiries in line with policy.
• Oversee buy online/ship to store and store transfers.
• Manage day-end procedures and bank deposits.
