Ideal candidates have Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, and RSS Certification, with bilingual abilities valued.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training and Assistant Manager Certification are required.
• RSS Certification is required.
• Certified Parts Professional Certification and ASE Certification are desired.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the showroom and execute service programs.
• Ensure adequate staffing at the sales counter during peak hours.
• Assist in setting team goals, coaching, and ensuring training continuity.
• Participate in recruiting tasks and interviewing processes.
• Ensure phones are answered per company policy.
• Manage buy online/ship to store and transfers promptly and contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Oversee special orders and outside purchases for efficiency and compliance.
• Ensure returns, refunds, and exchanges are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and communicate Zipline messages and merchandising tasks.
