Job summary

Majors Management seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, train and develop a team, and ensure a superior guest experience while achieving sales goals. This onsite role may require days, nights, weekends and holidays.

You will model energy and hospitality, implement organized store routines, and help manage payroll, loss prevention, and expenses to maximize profitability. A high school diploma and at least 1 year of retail experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of retail experience in a similar environment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR.
