Job summary

The ASM will manage guest services, assist the Store Manager, coach associates, and support scheduling and loss-prevention efforts to drive store success.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train and coach associates including shift leaders and guest services.
• Oversee store administration and daily paperwork.
• Uphold Hi Five Guest Experience and store cleanliness.
• Operate POS system and gas console accurately.
• Ensure stock, rotate product and maintain display readiness.
• Enforce security, cash handling, and loss-prevention procedures.
• Communicate with guests and recruit/store staff.
