Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store manager or supervisor to lead daily operations, train crew, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will oversee opening/closing, cash handling, and merchandising, while driving sales and maintaining a safe, clean store environment. Must have strong communication, multitasking ability, and at least 1 year of management experience.

The role requires flexibility for day, evening, weekends and potential travel, with starting hourly pay at $11.50 in this market.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; college experience preferred.
Minimum 1 year of management experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Ensure crew are WOWing the Customer through personal contact and service.
Train crew on the BEST customer service experience for a fast, friendly checkout.
Oversee daily store activities and ensure effective duties and service.
Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking for fast floor placement.
Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
Open or close the store, secure cash, and ensure daily readiness.
Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates and policies.
Drive sales and manage expenses through merchandising and service.
Collaborate with leadership on merchandising and world recovery.
Perform routine store maintenance and cleanliness.
