Job summary

The Children's Place is seeking a Store Lead in Rockaway, New Jersey to support the Store Leadership Team with cash-wrap operations, opening/closing procedures, and leading as Leader on Duty (LOD). You will represent the brand, drive customer service excellence, and guide teamwork and employee development on a fast-paced sales floor.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of retail experience and a strong ability to train others, manage schedules, and uphold store standards while improving

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years retail experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing talent through coaching conversations and training.
• Support Store Manager to address performance concerns with associates.
• Participate in company training and development initiatives.
