The Children’s Place in Annapolis, MD is seeking a Store Lead to support the Store Leadership Team with cash-wrap operations, opening/closing procedures, and acting as Leader on Duty. You will engage customers, uphold store standards, and contribute to employee development while representing the brand.

Responsibilities include coaching associates, addressing performance, participating in trainings, and driving profitability through effective scheduling and payroll management.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years retail experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Partner with Store Manager on performance concerns.
• Support training and development initiatives.
