Job summary

PUMA North America, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Store Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales in our brand environment. You will support daily store operations, uphold brand standards and assist in training and scheduling to maintain a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of retail experience, strong communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to learn quickly. Flexible hours including weekends and evenings are required.

Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years' experience in a focused, customer service-oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear).
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and present information to groups.
• Strong team player with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA's Brand Values and service standards.
• Assist Store Manager with recruitment, training and development of high performing staff.
• Manage payroll control and scheduling for profitability while delivering service.
• Communicate merchandise opportunities to Store Management.
• Achieve inventory and shrink goals; manage counts.
• Handle incoming and outgoing merchandise and processing.
• Comply with Policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and compliant shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings and holidays.
