Torrid in Center City, MN is seeking a Keyholder to support store management and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will be a role model for selling skills, drive add-on sales, and help maintain a welcoming, fashion-forward environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with merchandise strategies, managing registers, and stepping in as acting Manager on Duty as needed. A flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Previous specialty/apparel retail management experience with proven sales performance.
