Job summary

The Men's Wearhouse, LLC in Waterford, CT is seeking a Store Lead to partner with the Store Manager and guide the team to meet sales, service, and operational goals. You will be the manager on duty, opening and closing the store and ensuring brand standards at Crystal Mall, 850 Hartford Tpke Ste L113.

You will coach and motivate staff, train on POS and technology, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while upholding company directives and driving performance across the store.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in technology systems, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to operate a computer and POS system.
• Creative individual who demonstrates good judgement and is tuned into the pulse of the business.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff to achieve sales, service, and operational goals when on duty.
• Coach and develop the team to meet performance targets.
• Ensure branding, store programs, and marketing initiatives are executed.
• Conduct regular store meetings and communicate company directives.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
• Recruit and onboard store staff as needed.
