Job summary

The Men’s Wearhouse is seeking a Store Lead for the Danbury location. You will partner with the Store Manager to coach the team, drive sales, and maintain operational excellence as the manager on duty.

You will open and close the store, lead by example, and ensure every customer interaction meets brand standards. Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of retail or sales experience, strong leadership and organizational skills, and proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and video

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient in technology systems, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to operate a computer and POS System.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading store team to meet sales, service, and operational goals.
• Coach and develop team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Open and close the store as the manager on duty and maintain store security.
• Utilize store reports to drive business decisions and performance.
