Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing talent through training of associates and coaching conversations.
• Partner with Store Manager to address performance concerns with associates.
• Support and participate in company training and development initiatives.
• Foster a positive work environment and provide timely feedback.
• Represent the brand with professionalism on the sales floor.
• Participate in Leader on Duty (LOD) program to drive store profitability and manage payroll.
