Job summary

The Children’s Place in Baraboo, WI is seeking a Store Lead to support the Store Leadership Team by handling cash-wrap operations, opening/closing procedures, and acting as Leader on Duty. You will represent the brand on the sales floor and develop a positive, high-service environment.

Responsibilities include coaching associates, addressing performance, participating in all training, ensuring store standards and safety, and driving store profitability through effective scheduling and payroll.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of previous retail experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
