Job summary

Arc’teryx seeks a Store Lead to steer a team of Product Guides and elevate the guest experience in-store. You’ll influence operations, product knowledge, community events, and people development while partnering with store leadership to hit targets.

You’ll coach peers, manage floor operations, and ensure health and safety compliance, with a passion for the outdoors and the Arc’teryx brand.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of leadership experience and 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to coach others.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with health and safety guidelines and store procedures.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and sustain in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and align with Arc'teryx Vision, Purpose and Values.
• Support in-store experience during shifts and guide guests.
• Coach product guides to deliver world-class service.
• Oversee floor leadership and the five pillars: experience, product, community, operations and people.
• Manage inventory activities: receiving, restocking, and merchandising.
• Communicate initiatives and priorities to the team.
• Oversee sales targets, labor and budget management.
• Participate in events and community engagement.
