Job summary

Arc’teryx Equipment in Aspen is seeking a Store Lead to partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, guiding Product Guides and elevating the guest experience across all store areas, from experience to operations and people.

You’ll coach teams, manage floor leadership five days a week, help with inventory, training, and brand events, and ensure a world‑class customer journey while staying true to Arc’teryx values.

Qualifications

• One+ year of leadership experience.
• 1–2 years of retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead in alignment with Arc’teryx Vision, Purpose and Values.
• Support in-store experience during shifts and oversee sales floor activity.
• Coach product guides to deliver world-class guest experiences with technical product knowledge.
• Lead floor operations five days a week and oversee the five pillars: experience, product, community, operations and people.
• Manage inventory activities: receiving, restocking, and merchandising, to maximize sell-through.
• Communicate initiatives and priorities to the team in collaboration with the Store Manager.
