Job summary

Arc’teryx in Seattle seeks an energetic Store Lead to guide a team of Product Guides and shape the guest experience from the floor. You’ll coach staff, manage inventory and help execute store initiatives in alignment with our brand values.

You’ll lead daily operations, ensure safety and policy adherence, and drive performance across experience, product, community, and people pillars. A passion for outdoor living and strong communication completes the profile.

Qualifications

• One+ years of leadership experience and 1–2 years in retail
• Strong customer-service mindset with mission to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Ability to coach others, give feedback, and develop team members
• Comfortable enforcing health and safety guidelines and policies
• Proven ability to set a clear vision and guide a team toward goals
• Strong time-management skills and adaptability in a dynamic store environment
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory tasks

Responsibilities

• Lead in alignment with Arc’teryx Vision, Purpose and Values
• Support in-store experience and monitor sales floor activity
• Coach product guides to deliver world-class guest experiences
• Lead from the floor to drive five-pillars of the business: experience, product, community, operations and people
• Build community by sharing brand information and event details
• Oversee inventory activities, merchandising, receiving, restocking and destocking
• Communicate initiatives, policies and priorities with the team
• Utilize POS to process transactions, warranties, trades, purchases and returns
• Open and close the store per company guidelines
• Assist with store phones, voicemails, and regional social media responses
• Rotate focus areas to deepen mastery of the five pillars
