Job summary

GoPuff is seeking a Key Holder to manage daily store operations, open/close duties, and lead in the absence of management. You will support new hires, ensure excellent customer service, and drive sales of BRS products across all departments.

The role requires 1+ year in retail, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights/weekends. You will handle cash, operate scanners, and maintain inventory and store standards.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Desire to develop retail sales skills and product knowledge.
• Minimum 1 year as a store associate or customer service rep.
• Experience in a team environment requiring professional communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills for customer and team relationships.
• Positive, engaging attitude and demeanor.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and inform them about BRS products and services to build rapport.
• Open the store in the morning and close at night.
• Operate alarm system and maintain store security.
• Identify and report working condition issues to management.
• Cover management in their absence and assist during busy periods.
• Recommend products based on knowledge of BRS offerings.
• Drive sales across all departments.
• Order, replenish and manage inventory.
• Perform cashier duties and process transactions with policy compliance.
• Use scanners and cash registers for sales and refunds.
• Verify customer ages according to policy.
• Handle payments (cash, checks, credit cards) and provide receipts.
• Process refunds and exchanges efficiently.
• Balance register drawer and ensure safe transport of purchases.
• Adhere to coupons and gift card procedures.
• Maintain store safety standards and cleanliness across areas.
• Assist in promotions and event setup.
• Follow vehicle policies for deliveries and report issues.
