BevMo! by Gopuff is seeking a Key Holder to join our Retail Operations team. The role involves opening and closing the store, supporting management, and guiding new staff while delivering outstanding customer service to drive sales.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of leadership in retail, strong cash-handling skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work with fluid schedules; be available during peak hours and nights/weekends/holidays.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and inform customers about products and services.
• Open and close the store; assist during high volume periods and support new employees.
• Train new employees on store procedures, product knowledge and customer service standards.
