Gopuff is seeking a reliable Key Holder to manage opening and closing duties, support for new staff, and drive sales of BRS products across multiple Kentucky locations. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to balance cash handling with daily store operations.

Responsibilities include assisting with inventory, operating the POS system, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring safety standards while delivering a positive shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• 1 year as a store associate or customer service representative.
• Desire to develop retail sales skills and product knowledge.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store.
• Assist during high volume periods and train new employees.
• Provide excellent customer service and drive sales of BRS products.
• Maintain inventory and restock as needed.
• Perform cashier functions and handle customer transactions.
