Job summary

GoPuff's Kentucky operation is seeking a Key Holder to support store leadership and drive sales for BRS products. The role includes opening/closing the store, customer service excellence, inventory upkeep, and assisting in promotions while staying compliant with age verification and safety policies.

Ideal candidates are 21+, with at least one year in a store or service role, strong communication, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. This is an on-site position at multiple Kentucky locations.

Qualifications

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum one year as a store associate or customer service representative.
• Experience in a team environment with professional communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and bend/kneel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and informing them about BRS products and services.
• Open and close the store; assist in management duties in their absence.
• Operate the alarm system and cash registers; balance the drawer.
• Maintain inventory, stock room, and cleanliness across floors and bathrooms.
• Drive sales across all departments and assist with promotions.
• Follow age verification policies and process payments and refunds.
