• Open and close the store in the absence of management, handling cash and ensuring floor and stock room readiness.
• Process returns, void orders, refunds, cash drops, and provide change as needed.
• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience; assist customers with products and services.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, pricing signage, and store cleanliness; assist with displays and backroom tasks.
• Support pharmacy window operations and comply with state regulations on regulated products.
