Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a store associate to open and close the store when management is not available, handle cash accurately, and ensure the floor and stock room are ready for business. You will process returns, refunds, and price changes, while providing a friendly, proactive customer experience.

The role supports inventory accuracy, vendor deliveries, and merchandising while maintaining store standards and assisting teammates. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Maintains accurate cash handling, processes refunds, cash drops, and price verifications.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Supports store operations such as inventory, vendor deliveries, and display resets.
• Serves as a liaison between management and team members when leadership is not present.
