Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a capable leader to open and close the store in the absence of store management, handling all required systems startups, cash handling, and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for the business day.

Responsible for opening back door for deliveries, completing returns, refunds, cash drops, and providing change at registers while delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.
• PTCB/ExCPT certification or pharmacy license may be required by state.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Model and share customer service best practices with team to deliver a distinctive experience.
• Open and close store in absence of management and handle cash-related duties.
• Assist with stock, pricing, displays, and backroom organization.
• Support pickup program and ensure store systems and equipment are understood.
