Job summary

TJX Companies’ Marshalls is hiring for a Key Carrier role at our Saint Augustine, FL location. You will alternate duties with the Coordinator role, stepping in as Manager on Duty when needed and ensuring all store operations run smoothly across opening and closing procedures.

You must maintain open availability, including nights and weekends, provide coaching to associates, deliver exceptional customer service, and uphold company policies while supporting safety and shrink reduction initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months leadership experience
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty and uphold policy
• Ensure opening/closing procedures are followed
• Coordinate scheduling and coverage for service areas
• Coach and provide feedback to Associates
