Job summary

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. in Kennesaw, GA is seeking a Key Carrier to support store operations. This role alternates with Coordinator duties and may lead as Manager on Duty, requiring open availability including nights and weekends.

You will coach Associates, ensure adherence to procedures, and work to maintain a positive customer experience while supporting store priorities and operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in retail and 6 months leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive customer experience at all times.
• Acts as Manager on Duty following store policies.
• Coaches Associates and ensures tasks align with the store plan.
• Maintains proper Associate coverage and labor guidelines.
• Promotes safety, shrink reduction, and loyalty programs.
• Communicates priorities and provides progress updates to management.
