Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Key Carrier to support store operations and leadership duties in Land O' Lakes, FL. This role alternates between Coordinator and Key Carrier, with open availability including nights and weekends to drive excellent customer service.

You will model integrity, coach Associates, and act as Manager on Duty, ensuring tasks align with store plans and procedures while maintaining a positive shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures.
• Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores.
• Proven problem solving skills.
• Able to coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• 1 year retail, 6 months leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure
• Ensures store team performs tasks and activities in accordance with store plan; prioritizes as needed
• Addresses immediate customer service issues and provides appropriate coaching to Associates
• Exercises discretion regarding customer service policies to satisfy customers
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage in service areas for a positive customer experience
• Ensures Associates adhere to all operational procedures
• Communicates accurately and effectively with management and Associates when setting and addressing priorities; provides progress updates
• Provides feedback, recognition and coaching to Associates
• Partners with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
