Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Able to coach, delegate and follow up on tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of store procedures and merchandise flow.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty and maintain store operations.
• Provide coaching and feedback to Associates.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures follow guidelines.
• Support labor planning and ensure adequate coverage.
• Promote safety and shrink reduction programs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
