Job summary

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads to drive sales and KPIs.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, safety, and compliance.
• Analyze business results and implement action plans to improve sales performance.
• Drive visual merchandising and inventory accuracy to support brand standards.
• Promote product launches, limited-edition releases, and seasonal campaigns.
• Support onboarding, training, and performance development of team members.
